Responsible for many cloud-related activities including: Assess an organization’s IT infrastructure to determine options for moving to the cloud; Oversee the migration process and maintaining the new system; Perform configuration management and disaster recovery tasks; Deploy Azure virtual machines in a highly available environment; Design virtual networks that support workloads with a high level of security and performance; Configure hybrid connectivity between Azure and on-site environments; Monitor network performance to comply with service-level agreements; Using automation technology options within Azure; Design and implement data protection options in Azure.

Scoped project implementations and specifically assigned customer engagements. Implementation of technology solutions including server and network upgrades, 2FA and other security implementations, and software updates. Deploy, operate, and manage the Azure cloud platform. Configured Microsoft Azure IaaS Monitoring and Management, designed virtual networks to support workloads with the highest security and performance in Azure, implemented hybrid connectivity between on-premises environments and Azure, and used PowerShell to deploy resources and repeatable deployments.

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Maintain server infrastructure on-prem and in the cloud for AWS and Azure. Maintain and create VM’s in Azure, AWS Instances, and VMWare. Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. Write training manuals. Maintain backups for multiple servers and user’s computers.

Managed and maintained servers (windows/unix/linux) ensuring better uptime. Evaluate, monitor and enhance it infrastructure while improving reliability, security, and system integration. In charge of migrating entire on-prem infrastructure from on-prem to Azure and maintain Active Directory in the cloud.
